With the film Mr Peabody and Sherman, Dreamworks makes these two popular characters created by Jay Ward become protagonists of their upcoming animated feature, from the animated series of the same name.

You do not know them? Well, the protagonists of Mr Peabody and Sherman are Mr Peabody (with the original voice of Ty Burrell) who's an inventor, scientist, Nobel Prize winner, gourmet, double Olympic medalist, and genius in general who, well ... happens to be a dog. Sherman (with the original voice of Max Charles - The Amazing Spider-Man) is his adopted son, and his partner when going on adventures in time, thanks to the ingenious time machine that Mr Peabody created: the WABAC machine.

Thanks to it, Mr Peabody and Sherman can travel back in time to experience firsthand the events that have changed the world, and interact with some of the most important characters of all time. Mr Peadbody usually uses this machine to teach history and other lessons to Sherman, but this time, they'll break the rules of time travel, and our two heroes will have to face a desperate race to fix history and save the future.
